First off, the bike feels great. The frame is very solid giving it a substantial feal. The belt drive, combined with high quality components, makes this a smooth bike where all you can hear is the air moving.
The easy-to-use monitor tracks all aspects of your workout including time, distance, speed, calories, watt and RPM. Built with (2) pre-set interval (TABATA style) workouts and a custom option, this is awesome for HIT training. The bike also has programs based on time, calories and targeted heart rate settings.
The seat can be easily adjusted both vertically and horizontally to accommodate people of different heights.
The P1 comes with wheels to help easily move the bike around. It also has levelers that can be adjusted to keep the bike stable on uneven surfaces.
We feel that this is the best air bike, for the price, in the market.
