Q: Do I have to make my purchase online?

A: You do not have to make your purchases online. Customers are more than welcome to come by and check out the equipment in person before making their purchase.

Q: If I purchase my equipment online, when will my order be ready for pickup?

A: You are welcome to come pick up your order as soon as it is placed. We are open Monday-Thursday and Saturday 9am-5pm (CLOSED FRIDAYS) and Sunday from 10am-2pm. If our regular hours don't work for you, just give us a call and we can make an appointment. Click here to view our contact info.

Q : Do you deliver? If so, what is the cost?

A : We can deliver! Cost depends on the delivery destination.  Our local deliveries range from a $39-$55 depending on your location (Arlington to Tacoma). We also supply an extended route that goes all the way to Portland every other weekend. We can deliver for a "local" delivery fee during these trips if you live within 5 miles of I-5 between Tacoma and Portland.  We also encourage people to come pick up items at our warehouse/showroom for no additional cost. Our shop is open from 9am-5pm on Monday-Thursday and Saturday (CLOSED FRIDAYS) and Sunday 10am-2pm.

Q : Where are you located?

A : Our showroom and warehouse is located at 3402 Everett Ave, Everett WA 98201.

Q : Some of my purchases are backordered; when will I receive my purchase?

A : When we run out of stock we do our best to bring in new stock ASAP. This is usually within 10 business days. If you would like to find out the exact time of your backordered purchase's arrival please call us directly at (425) 214-4124 and we can let you know exactly when you can expect your products to arrive.

Q : What form of payment do you accept?

A : We accept local checks, cash and all major credit cards.

Q : What's your warranty and return policy?

A : All of our products have a warranty that range from 90 days to Lifetime.  We will supply a replacement for any product that is defective or damaged during it's warranty period.  We can return and refund any product that has not been used and is in the original packaging.  We can give an in-store credit for any item that has been removed from the original packaging but still in good condition. In any case we are easy to work with and want to make sure that you enjoy your interactions with us. Online sale cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers the charges Shopify charges for the original purchase (they do not refund us for the expense) and the admin work to cancel the orders.
