The FRS-1 provides a massive number of tools in a very compact space. All of your functional training needs are combined with a full commercial quality power rack system. No corners where cut in producing this rack. We went with higher grade components and options in all areas of construction.
The entire frame is made out of 3" x 3", 11-gauge steel. We used the most overkill hardware possible in the construction of this system. Every structural nut/bolt combo used in this system weighs a full pound. The front uprights and weight horns are made out of stainless steel. This increases cost but the long term wear and tare is superior to common powder coated surfaces. We went with HEAVY weight stacks, 220lb on each side. Pulley's are all aluminum and the high-quality cables give a super smooth feel.
