What you get:
A simple entry level power rack with a LOT of options, great features and surprising stability.
This power rack is made out of 2"x 2", 14 gauge steel, standard material for "home gym" equipment. This frame is more than enough for the average strength training user and is surprisingly rigid. The is a solid system for doing pull ups and racking of weight. The limiting factor on this rack is the j-cups. They are rated for regular use up to 300lb.
This rack has a high and low pulley system that works great for pull downs, lat rows, curls, triceps extensions and a number of other movements. It also comes with (2) vertical bar holders and (4) weight horns for weight storage.
This system comes with safety spotter catches, land mine attachments (awesome) and easy to adjust dip attachments.
Stable flat bench, perfect for benching or dumbbell work.
