Come throw down with us at the 2018 Sumner Smackdown Crossfit Competition.

There will be an RX and SCALED Division for Teams of 2 (Male/Male OR Female/Female). Top 3 Teams of EACH division will receive a prize.

Event will be hosted by Sumner Crossfit with the help of PR Lifting! We are excited to be partnering with Parks and Rec to be able to host this competition, outside at Sunset Stadium!
